• B.Bulk.SMS will provide push based SMS services to client through its online web based interface & excel based software plugin to send SMS.
  
• B.Bulk.SMS is not responsible for any problem in using the service if the client uses custom built software application of their own.
  
• Client is thoroughly responsible for the content of the message and the numbers to which any SMS is sent. If a mobile subscriber registered in Gov. of India's NDNC registry receives a unwanted SMS sent by client, and the subscriber takes any legal step as per provision in the Indian Law, client is fully liable for any fine applied by Gov. of India, Law. B.Bulk.SMS will not have any liability in this regard.
  
• Client is thoroughly responsible for the use of the sender names allotted to it. Client shall use only sender names which are their property. Client will be liable for any trademark infringement.
  
• On receiving the SMS request from client, B.Bulk.SMS will submit the message to respective SMSC as per client's tariff. B.Bulk.SMS will not be liable for any losses that may occur to client due to delayed delivery of SMS.
  
• B.Bulk.SMS is not responsible for any non-delivery of SMS beyond its control. B.Bulk.SMS will refund the SMS credits to client only if B.Bulk.SMS fails to submit the SMS to the operator SMSC.
  
• B.Bulk.SMS will never share the data of client to any 3rd Party other than the Operator, Government or Law Enforcement organization.
  
• Client has to pay the difference amount as per balance credits available in their account, if the interconnection charges are applied to push SMS services by TRAI.
  
• In case of any dispute, B.Bulk.SMS and client will hire a 3rd party arbitrator with both parties consent, and expenses in this connection will be shared by both the parties equally and arbitrator's decision will be binding on both the parties.
